Nature Always Matches: Denver Trip Day Two

The event hasn't even started and I'm beat.

At 9:09 p.m. (mountain time) we're settling in to our back house in Denver ready to develop some sort of agenda for the week.

We left Cedar City, UT around 6 a.m. and stopped only a few times for gas and views. The drive was beautiful and inspiring. We hit a few patches of rain while driving down into Denver, but other than that the weather remained clear.

We tried to pick up tickets for a media party at an amusement park tonight, but they screwed us by leaving the office when they said they would wait. Downtown Denver is really confusing to navigate.

So instead we ate at Cheeky Monk on the corner of Pearl and Colfax. I devoured a chicken cordon bleu and imbibed a Carlsberg beer. Immediately after, we bought a bottle of Jameson and now we're gearing up for the madness.

I'm forced to cut this short so I can upload some photos and begin crossing shit off of my "List Before I Sleep."

Check back tomorrow.

The real work is about to begin.

Keep up the good work and get your rest kids! And stay away from large parks in downtown full of loitering kids, unless you want drugs, which you might need to stay awake in another day or so...
